Previous contractor did not complete inground pool project. Costs associated with completing the project for our inground pool. 1. Cost to replace current Pentair one-speed, one horse power pump with two-speed, one.five horse power pump and installation charges as noted in contract. This is being done because wrong pump was installed. 2. Cost of two water jets as noted in contract and charges for installation of this after the fact of already prepping layout and plumbing for only four water jets and laying concrete. This is being done because contract stated six water jets and only four were installed. 3. Cost of second skimmer as noted in contract and charges for installation of this after the fact of already prepping layout and plumbing for only one skimmer and laying concrete. This is being done because contract stated two skimmers and only one was installed. 4. Cost of smoothing out concrete around the retaining wall that was not done by original installation. This is being done because concrete was not smoothed out after retaining wall was installed. 5. Cost of removing landscaping plants/rocks to bury piping then to replace landscaping back in original form. Cost of 10 foot piping = $35. This is being done because the workers damaged the draining pipe and did not bury the pipe back into the ground. We can provide photos.
