Lynn S. San Antonio, TX

I currently have a pressure operated pool cleaner (Pentair Kreepy Krauler) that operates off the side of the pool. It is a year old. We have noticed that there is no pressure coming out of the hole that the pool vac plugs into. My husband also noticed that the pressure is not what it should be. We have a hot tub attached to the pool, and the jets seem to be working great. Also we have noticed that when the pool shuts off at night, that the hot tub partially drains back into the pool, but in the morning when it cuts back on, the hot tub fills back up to normal. So basically, the only problem we see is the pressure going to the pool vac, and the hot tub draining down to half full when it shuts off for the night. Last year a friend that is in the pool maintenance area, talked us into getting the Pentair (pressure) vac. So he re plumbed it to accommodate the pressure vac. We did have a side suction vac which to tell u the truth, I really liked a lot better. I don't think it is skimming like it should with the pressure vac, because the steps and swimout are always dirty. They never were with the suction. So that's a little bit about my problem. Thanks
