Hi – I have a small bathroom that I would like to remodel: new tile floor, new vanity, improved lighting and look at options for the shower stall which could include replacing the insert with tile or possibly expand the size of the stall. Please let me know if you’d be able to come take a look and discuss the options.

This the upstairs main bathroom. The room is approx. 6" by 8" includes a 5' tub, vanity and toilet. We need to update all the tile work around the tub and also the floor. We will be replacing the vanity and toilet. Possibly the tub will be replaced per advice and cost. We do not want a glass enclosure on the tub. The floor is a wet bed ceramic tile that may or may not need to be removed to install a new tile floor. The window wall, door wall, vanity & Toilet wall and ceiling may need to be replaced per contractor advice. We have already purchased the plumbing fixtures for the new vanity and the tub/shower. We purchased a new exhaust fan to be installed. There is venting from the master bath room that this new fan can be joined to.
