I own a Samsung refrigerator. The door ice maker and dispenser works; however, the ice maker in the freezer drawer below does not produce ice ever since around the time Hurricane Matthew hit. I believe the issue is associated with a power surge, perhaps, during which maybe the water supply line going to the ice maker may have froze. Im not certain. Ive removed and reapplied power and have pressed the reset button numerous times. I can hear the freezer/fridge make a noise periodically throughout the day as if it is trying to refill the ice tray with water.
