My heat/ac pump quit running on me. Rheems 3 ton 13 sheer. Was replaced around or about 2009. Need work done but unit is surrounded by ice and snow on north side of house. (note: no ice on unit as it is.) House barely being heated by gas fireplace. Don't have receipt but serial # on unit is there. To track warranty if there is one. I think they have a 10 yr. warranty.
