The boiler inspector gave us two changes we need to have made to fix violations.
First: There is a shut off valve located between the boiler and its high temperature limit control of the manual reset type. This shut off should be removed or the high temp limit control should be moved closer to the boiler.
Second: The capacity of the pressure relieving device on the boiler is insufficient. It should be replaced with a ASME approved device set at or below 44 psi with a minimum relieving capacity of 552,000 Btu/hr.
