Concrete Foundations

Candace W. Irving, TX

We have a 1600 sq. ft. manufactured home set on concrete cinderblocks, 28' x 56'. It's built like a regular home, not like a mobile home, with sheetrock, 6 x 12 roof pitch, hardyboard on the outside, we upgraded everything, so it looks like a "regular" house. We put in a pad, 2' minimum thickness, about 3 years before moving the house here, which the house has now been here 16 years. The right back corner of the house (looking at it from the front) has settled. We think it's the wooden shims that have rotted. Do you do this kind of leveling, and could we get an estimate? Thank you!
