I am selling my house and just went through the inspection and there were a few items that needed attention. I am looking to get a quote on these problems. 1)The sliding balcony door from the master bedroom has a failed seal. There is visible moisture between the panes. Seller to repair or replace. 2)deck/balcony is a safety hazard, deck support posts are leaning and need to be re-plumbed. Seller to repair or replace. 4)The washing machine discharge pipe terminates into the back yard and not into the drain system. Seller to repair. 6)The pressure relief valve extension on the water heater was missing. The extension should extend to within 6in. of the floor. Seller to repair. 7)Sections of the siding and exterior trim have wood rot and deterioration due to moisture damage. The siding under the balcony has significant damage to to water running between the siding and balcony floor joist. Proper flashing was not installed to divert the water away from the house. Seller to repair or replace. 10) Clean gutters and repair where significant damage exists. That's what I'm needing done. I'm sure you will need to come out and take a look.
