Im needing a small detached home built onto an existing home. I was thinking of using storage containers for cost effectiveness. The existing home is built on a slant with one story on the front and the second built over the garage with a deck over hanging the garage. The idea was to rebuild the existing deck and cover it and screen it in, and attach it to a tall, narrow detached house with 2 small sleeping areas, a small bathroom, and a small kitchen.
