Need service on my Samsung Front-Load Washer. There are two issues that may be related. I think that the inside tub filter is blocked; I can only get it to drain using the exterior clean-out drain. Lots of crud keeps coming out even after 10 flushes. The other issue is that when the machine spins, its as though it out of balance, even without clothes inside.
