Purchased Duplex and both furnaces do not have tie down system for holding filters. Natural gas fired furnace in unit A garage is Ruud, model #: RGPS-07NAMGR, 75,000 BTU input, manufactured in 2011. Natural gas fired furnace in unit B garage is Trane, model #: TUE1B080A9481AD, 80,000 BTU input, manufactured in 2013. Only able to access unit A on Wednesday and Thursday.
