To repair the damages and return the apt to its former state, I would need: New 4ft slab over vapor barrier New sheet rock and ceiling throughout the entire apt New lighting fixtures and high hats throughout New insulation throughout 3 interior doors 3 exterior doors 1 bay window new laminate interlocking floating floor throughout new tile in entrance way and bathroom new bathroom including toilet, shower stall and sink Kitchen remodel including new cabinetry, counter tops, sink, stove and refrigerator New circuitry from existing panel and new outlets including 3 GFI's (2 in kitchen, 1 in bathroom) Painting throughout apt power washing front and backyard and snaking floor drains in both areas 2 new pieces of vinyl siding minor concrete repair in front of house This apartment is a rental property. The job would need to be completed in under 4 weeks so the tenant can return The apt. has been mostly gutted, but still needs some removal, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. We want it taken down to the studs to completely start over. We are working with our insurance company to pay for repairs and are on a very strict budget Thank you for your time.
