Concrete Work

Alan S. Middletown, OH

Porch sank about 1-1.5 inches and is slightly pulling away from house and step. There are 3 pillars on the concrete. The roof has not sagged, so I believe footings are good, but the brick façade around the pillars have sank with the porch exposing a gap between the bricks and roof. We are having steps/sidewalk poured off that porch next week- wondered if the porch could be raised first so the new concrete could be attached to the existing porch.

I have a stone front porch that is in need of repair. There are some loose steps and area in the base of the porch that is crumbling. Additionally, we have a 37 year old driveway and walkway that has some cracks in several places. Would be interested in quoting that work, as well. Do you offer free quotes?
