Some usually compare their air conditioner to their car; if you are spending more money to repair it, there is a high possibility that you need to purchase a new car. Same thing with AC system units. If you tend to spend more time and money having them repaired, and your monthly electric bill is increasing, it is about time that you replace it.
If your compressor is damaged, you have several options to go about with it. Since compressors are located on the condensing unit of your AC, they can be replaced. I'm looking for someone to install additional hot water baseboard heaters to an existing boiler, including three Slant Fin Hydronic Floor Boxes in the kitchen to replace conventional baseboards that were removed from west wall by previous owners in order to install five french doors/windows. They can be connected to existing piping that serviced the old baseboards. I have the new Floor box units. Also, need additional conventional baseboard on opposite wall connected in series with an existing baseboard. Also, need small (2) baseboards in laundry room and mud room at north end of kitchen which will require new piping run back to boiler and connected to existing unused installed spare zone circ pump. This piping needs to be run parallel in same floor joist bay as domestic water lines servicing kitchen sink and laundry to keep them from freezing in winter as there is only an unheated crawl space under the kitchen. And installation of a baseboard unit in the down stairs bedroom which can be connected to the living room baseboard.Contractor to provide all material and labor except for the above mentioned Floor Box Units and anything agreed to subsequently. I can do the carpentry to fit the floor boxes into the floor. This is the general idea but is subject to change based on your site inspection and professional recommendations.thanks

Dear Sir:
We just purchased a new refrigerator, but the installers will not remove our old unit. They say it has Freon and must be disconnected by a Heating/Cooling professional. The old refrigerator is about 21 years old – it’s a GE Monogram that was built-in.
Please let us know if this is something you are willing to do.... Thank you
