Need an HVAC professional to inspect and test the furnace prior to an upcoming property appraisal. Need service today (2/24/2017) or this weekend. The furnace operates on propane - and there is currently no propane tank on site. So the servicer should be willing to obtain and supply a portable LP tank (20 -40 lb.) in order to do this - and situate the LP tank on site, so that the appraiser will be able to test the furnace and turn on the heat during the appraisal and home inspection. We need just enough propane to temporarily turn the heat on until we obtain a permanent LP tank.
