This is a request for an estimate of a barn-repair project.
We have a one-story horse barn around 30 years old. It is 25 feet wide and 45 feet long.
It is a three-stall barn, all with dirt floors.
There is a small tack room and a small feed room (each about 5’ by 5’) which have floors.
The bottom supports of the barn, which appear to be six-by-six timbers, are beginning to rot. And there is a small place where the roof appears to be sagging.
We would like to get an estimate to replace/repair the bottom timbers that need replacing. And to repair the roof if needed.
We would like to get this done this winter if possible.

Thank you,
We would like a portico built to protect the front door and brick front steps: roof and two pillars if possible. The house has a brick front.
