Furnace keeps going in and out, it sounds like it's coming on sometimes but only blows out cool air other times the furnace doesn't even kick on and blow any thing out. Furnace has been surround with water maybe up to a foot high, not sure if that has anything to do with it because my basement keeps flooding.
