While selecting the equipment that you need for your heating and cooling system, think about the capacity. This will depend on the size of your home. Perhaps it is worth mentioning that capacity can always be adjusted accordingly, so you have a lot of room for flexibility here. Efficiency of the Annapolis heating and cooling system is another issue that affects the cost. The more efficient your heating and cooling unit is, more likely it is that it could cost you more upfront, but save you on a lot of money on long term. Another thing that is tied to efficiency is the level of noise that will be produced by the Annapolis heating and cooling system. The newer units are usually less noisy as compared to the earlier models. In fact, upgraded models are fairly quieter.

Annapolis County Heating and Cooling FAQ

One of the most important things of maintaining Annapolis heating and cooling systems is to ensure there is unrestricted flow of air. Debris, dust and dirt happen to be the most common and worst detriment to the effectiveness and efficiency of most heating and cooling systems in Annapolis. It doesn't matter whether your heating and cooling system is indoors or outdoors. You have to make sure the filters are cleaned and there are no restrictions on the coils and heat exchangers.
Regular replacement of the Annapolis heating and cooling filters is mandatory for the system to operate at its peak capacity. Other than that, this also makes it easier for the heating and cooling to improve the quality of the air indoors. Remember that while replacing the heating and cooling filters, you will also be going one step further in protecting your home from germs, allergens and dust.
The frequency of replacing your heating and cooling depends on a number of factors, but most importantly the type of filter you are using. There are some filters that should be replaced weekly, while others can last longer and require replacement on a monthly basis. I have a 26 year old 2 speed Lennox system with an intermittent problem, which I would like to describe a little bit and then ask a few questions. The ACCU is model HS14-411V-3P, nominal 3 ton unit. The compressor was replaced under warranty 21 years ago. The system has had a few problems and repairs over the years, but I am generally happy with it and would like to keep it going if possible and economically feasible. Current issue: Sometimes the indoor fan coil unit will run continuously for hours, while the ACCU will not come on. When this is occurring, I can hear a "click" at the ACCU, like it is trying to start, but doesn't. Five minutes or so later, I can hear the same "click", but no go. Sometimes moving the thermostat to a lower temperature setting will cause the ACCU to come on and start cooling. Sometimes the ACCU doesn't seem to know when to stop … with the thermostat set to maintain about 75 degrees, it may continue to run until the room temperature is 72 degrees or less, by which time my wife or I will manually move the thermostat to get it to stop running. Since this is an intermittent problem, I have been reluctant to call anyone out to look at, for fear it would be working properly at the time of the service visit. While I have never been a customer of yours, I have recently read some good reviews and recommendations about your company, and would like to ask what your service call charge is, if any, and your warranty policy. If you could please advise at your earliest convenience, I will probably want to set up an appointment for you to take a look at it.

The house was built in 1928 and is 1500 sq. ft. We are interested in getting an idea how much it would be to install central a/c or a mitsubishi split system.
