Our Triton II sand filter is leaking a fair amount of water at the entrance and exit points where the bulkheads are located. We replaced both bulkheads 6 months ago on our own (they were cracked). There's a good chance our current leaking issues are due to something stupid, like something not being screwed on tight enough, a gasket, etc (since we were laypeople trying to fix our filter). But we're fed up with trying to fix the thing on our own, and would rather hire it out. Our pool is small (about 15' x 25') and if we run the filter for 2 hours every day, we lose about a foot of water in a week's time. Not sure if that's all due to the filter leaks we can see, or an additional leak in our underground piping. Either way, we're losing enough water that something needs to change. It feels like we're throwing away money when we treat our pool with the chemicals it needs when so much of that treated water doesn't even end up back in the pool. We're interested in your opinion and a repair cost estimate. Thanks.
