Padhraic: Approx 6-7 years ago you installed a drip-edge on part of our roof to divert water to our wooden gutters. Because of the harsh winter last year, we had ice dams and water leaking in from that part of the roof. Would like you to take a look and see if drip edge might be part of the source of the ice dams and maybe should be removed or it may just be that some shingles are in need of replacement. In any event, would appreciate your opinion on best options to avoid repeat of problems we had last winter.
