Bathroom Repair

Eric R. Alpharetta, GA

Water damage in our bathroom. ServePro took care of that, everything dried out. We need linoleum, base-trim, some trim up the door edge, a new vanity installed, toilet reinstalled, sink reinstalled (the old toilet and sink are fine), mirror re-hung, and some tile along the back splash. Would need to be cleaned up with some paint. Damage extended out into the hallway. Would need base-trim replaced, carpet pad down the hallway (about 10 feet), and carpet re-laid. The damage went through an adjacent coat closet, so we also need some base-trim in the living room (about 15-20 ft worth), and the carpet/pad fixed in the coat closet. Probably easier to have somebody take a look, than to read this, but I believe this pretty much covers it.
