We have been told that an entire new HVAC system needs to be installed in our property. We do not have the exact details, which is the reason we need a technician to take a look and tell us what is going on. From what we know, we need a new gas furnace, new A/C unit, refrigeration tubing indoor coil to outdoor coil, duct work, and electrical high & low wiring. We have also been told a pad must be installed outside with a bed on it to put the furnace on. Lastly, we were told to install drain system registers, grills, and thermostat.
