Dover County Basement Remodeling FAQ

Absolutely. All construction companies and contractors always make it a point to engage clients in the designing stage of the project. It is your basement, so the main goal is to satisfy your needs. However, not all your design ideas may be accommodated due to some restrictions that your property may hold. If that is the case, you will be given other alternatives.
The project duration will depend on the size of the basement and the remodeling purpose. Normally, a basement remodeling project can take 5 to 10 weeks to finish.
You can but most companies do not recommend this. Usually, the supplies and materials are included in the contract that you will sign with a contractor. They may allow you to purchase the lights and small plumbing materials.

Additions and Remodeling

Jodi L. Dover, DE

Its not a big job. We have a 2015 Monaco Dynasty P. Over the bed it has a cabinet setup that has unusable corner cabinets connected to double sliding doors that close to function as a blind across the window. (Escape window). When we travel, the doors have no way to fasten in the open position, so, they slide closed. The side panels next to the doors are glued in one has come unglued fallen inward, sometimes blocking the track to slide the right door. I would like them taken out and have nothing across the escape window and, if there is room, put in side cabinets that are usable. I will put a pull down shade over the window. Also, on the kitchen slide, there is a small window with a wooden valance with a mini blind attached to it. I would like that removed so I can put a pull down shade there.
