Contemporary pier and beam 1700sf home built in 1983. Trying to determine whether to replace our Goodman in-attic forced air furnace system with radiant heated floors throughout the home. Tile in two bathrooms only; the rest of the home is Mirage Maple engineered wood - 5" planks, 1/2" thick.
