I live in an apartment complex. FPL installed a smart meter around 6/1/2015 and since that time, I have had electrical issues. FPL says the meter is fine and the apartment complex says the meter needs to be switched out. Mean while only part of my apartment has electric and recently the electric goes off more often at night. Last night the electric would go off for 27 seconds then come on for 27 seconds then cut off. This started around 11:15PM and not sure when it stopped. When the electric is off it affects the a/c, lights in the kitchen, bathroom and part of the bedroom. The living room section is fine and one corner of the bedroom stays on.
