Had dryer worked on 2 days ago. Tech told me to have someone blow out the vent. I live in an apartment. Tech did not say to have that done before I use it. Used it that night, last night and we started smelling the same burnt smell as before. The dryer duct vent is being cleaned now. My daughter is sick and her clothes are in dryer, she needs to go to the dr this afternoon. The repair the tech did, took maybe 5-7 minutes top. I'm thinking it's the same thing. I called same tech, but they are on vacation till 3/1.
