Plumbing Work

Sandia W. Auburn, AL

To be honest not sure what is going on. It appeared that my Shower DRAIN was lose and leaked water under the Mobile home floor. Yet the damage is under the shower floor and goes about eight feet to the sink across from shower. I had a plumber come and estimate and agreed to do the work. However his employee showed up yesterday with a bad attitude tore up my floor left saying they would send someone to cap the lines immediately. five hours later that got done. Spoke to the company and was told someone would be here between 8-8:30 am to look things over. it is NOW 9:30 am and not even a phone call. This was an on going situation yesterday ALL DAY! So basically my floor is partially up the shower and the sink were apparently leaking and the all this needs to be fixed. Are you able to help
